Euro Minute Dollar, Galerie Mario Iannelli, Berlin, 2011, coloumn in plasterboard removed from the wall, 360 cm high, variable circumference
The starting point is a graphic depiction of the Euro/Dollar exchange rate over the course of the last year, plotted against the real wall of the gallery. The plasterboard wall has been cut and engraved following the lines of the graph until determining its near-total destruction; the fragments, superimposed on one another, result in an unstable column, hold in pressure between the celing and the floor.
