Installation view, exhibition Spazi Incorretti, Fondazione Pastificio Cerere, Rome, 2007
In the video, a succession of night-time images shot in a forest shows a fluorescent dog, which becomes the setting’s solitary inhabitant and protagonist. With its not always recognizable silhouette, the animal moves amongst the branches of the forest. The darkness of the night allows only a glimpse of its outline. Projected on the wall, the dog measures the new space.
